West Derby Village Alleygating

Council officers have confirmed a small block of 40 houses off Crosby Green, West Derby Village,including Bridgeford, will be alleygated between June to Sept 2004. The Council porgramme has been based upon taking areas of highest crime figures first.

Tuebrook ,Old Swan and Anfield Alleygating

Council officers have confirmed they still have not had additional funds approved for alleygating and equivalent fencing for locations in Suburban Road, Herschell St, Doric Park.

Officers are carrying out site inspections  to look at locations at Oak Leigh (through to Ivy Leigh) , Morecambe Street and Thurnham/Rockhouse Street where residents have asked for additional gates and/or fencing
