Liberals Call on Government Office to take action over billboard of dereliction at Prescot Road and Prescot Drive, Fairfield

Today Mark Forbes of the Government Office NW has asked us if we would happy our complaint of persistent delays, procrastination and negligence was made known to the city council - no surprise on the reply - of course everything we say is upfront

Clearly the role of the special contract whereby all significant sites within the HMRI area ,are given first option to one of four builders ,who have a prime interest in demolition and new build rather than renovation, is actually adding to delays and blocking private companies with a proven record on renovation bing brought in.
